You will need:

½ ripe banana

One tablespoon diluted lemon juice

One teaspoon honey

 

Method:

Use a fork to mash the ripe banana in a bowl.

Add honey and lemon. Mix well.

Apply it all over your face.

Leave it on for 15-20 minutes or until it dries.

Wash it off with warm water.

Repeat 2-3 times a week.

 

Turmeric and Egg ‘Face Lift’ Mask

Turmeric contains curcumin, which has potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.

Honey and Egg Yolk and Moisturizing Mask

You will need:

One Tablespoon buttermilk

One Teaspoon Honey and

One Egg Yolk

Method:

Spread raw honey on clean, dry skin

Leave on the skin for 20 minutes, all by itself.

Rinse with warm water.

For a more potent formulation mix buttermilk, honey and egg yolk.

Then apply to the face (avoid the eyes!).

Leave on for 20 minutes, then rinse.

Slather the mixture onto your face, avoiding the areas around the eyes and mouth. Let it sink in for about 15 minutes.

When the time is up, first use warm water to loosen the face mask.

Finish rinsing off the mask with cold water. Pat your face dry with a clean towel. 

 

Cucumber - Oatmeal -Honey Face Mask

You will need:

½ Unpeeled Cucumber

One tablespoon of Oatmeal

1 Tablespoon of Honey

Instead of the Oatmeal/Honey You can use Aloe Vera as well.

Method:

Blend or puree half an unpeeled cucumber in a blender or food processor until it’s the consistency of a watery paste.

Separate the juice from any solid bits by pouring the mixture through a strainer.

Add one tablespoon of oatmeal to the mix. Stir the oatmeal and cucumber (or Aloe Vera) juice until smooth. (If Available)

Add one tablespoon of honey to the mixture and stir until well blended.

Apply the mixture over your face and neck and massage gently with your fingertips. Let the mask sit on your skin for 15 minutes.

Rinse the mask off with lukewarm water. Pat your face dry with a soft cloth.
